ANYWAY  That was the ad copy from the original Academy web site. 
It's not a bad collection of scenes, especially if you are into breath control, smoke and interrogation. 
Decent quality on the video as well.

This is a slightly revised version featuring 15 minutes of additional material <see below> including black&white surveillance footage of a tough interrogation from Boot Camp Corrections. 

Included material produced from 1993 to 1996.  Release date 1997

Overall running time is 78 min.
