A mad doctor (naturally) has developed a process by which he can, over a period of time, take a normal size man and turn him into a incredible hulk type muscular being (also done in the movie Little Abner with Kick-a-Poo juice and musical numbers to boot).  At first, our doctor kidnaps cops and Marines to get subjects to work on.  Then the military steals the process and starts turning men into monstrous fighting machines (this was actually planned for a sequel starring the late Scott Klein of SWAT in Training). Expanded version includes deleted scenes and bloopers. single DVD/tape running time 89 min. Two Marines (DIs) are ask to participate in mental and physical endurance tests, and combat tests to qualify for what they think is a Special Combat Team.  Naturally part of the testing involves bondage and abusing one another. Meanwhile, back in the lab, we find that a rotating restraint chair is necessary for administering the formula to our hapless subject.
