| DVDs and VHS TapesWithin 30 days of purchase (with allowance for shipping transit): - We will replace at our expense any DVD or VHS tape that is found to be defective in manufacture (skips, doesn't play, breaks up). We are not responsible for physical damage to the DVD or tape that occurs after you have received it.
- DVDs or VHS tapes returned for replacements that are in "un-sellable" condition (scratches, finger prints, dried fluids, warping, etc.) are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
Contact us at returns@stationhousevideos.com for instructions on how to return the DVD or VHS tape. | Other MerchandiseWithin 30 days of purchase (with allowance for shipping transit): - We will replace at our expense or refund the total purchase price any merchandise that is found to be defective in material or manufacture.
- We will exchange, at your expense, for a different size or color (exceptions made for shoulder straps in which we will cover one way postage).
- We will refund your purchase price on items that you are displeased with.
