Cancellations, Returns and Refund Policy

Cancellations

You may cancel an order by phone, fax or e-mail ( orders@stationhouse.com ) if:

1. You change your mind before we ship the order (generally within 24 hours).
2. You do not wish to wait for items that need to be back-ordered.

DVDs

Within 30 days of purchase (with allowance for shipping transit):

1. We will replace at our expense any DVD that is found to be defective in manufacture (skips, doesn't play, breaks up).  We are not responsible for physical damage to the DVD or tape that occurs after you have received it. 
2. DVDs returned for replacements that are in "un-sellable" condition (scratches, finger prints, dried fluids, warping, etc.) are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Other Merchandise

Within 30 days of purchase (with allowance for shipping transit):

1. We will replace at our expense or refund the total purchase price any merchandise that is found to be defective in material or manufacture.
2. We will exchange, at your expense, for a different size or color (exceptions made for shoulder straps in which we will cover one way postage).
3. We will refund your purchase price on items that you are displeased with.

Notes:

1. Underwear and swim trunks are not returnable.
2. Items showing obvious wear or user caused damage are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
