After you submit an order
You
will receive a confirmation e-mail of your order (minus billing and shipping
details, so you should save a copy of your on-line order). The e-mail
does indicated what you ordered, the order number and the amount we charged
to your credit card. The e-mail as a link to the current status of
your order. As we process it, we will update the status.
You can
always track the status of your order by
using the special form in the left navigation area, on the main (Home)
page, or on the Help page
and entering the order number and the billing email.
You
will be able to see when status has changed. You can also see what the tracking number of the shipment is
and where to access the tracking information (URL). |
USA Shipments
(2-3 days)
(USA Shipments include all 50 states, plus Guam, Puerto Rico and the
Virgin Islands.)
Priority Mail charges start at $4.05, this covers 1 to 4 DVDs (or a
t-shirt, shoulder strap etc.).
Shipments weighing more than 1 lb (Sam Brown belt or several pairs of
shorts, etc.) start at $4.20 depending on your zone.
There is a nominal 0.45 handling
charge added to all orders.
We insure regular orders in excess of $100 (DVDs in excess of $140), this will add a minimum of
$2.80 to your order.

International Shipments
(4 to 10 business days)
Global Priority Mail and Airmail Parcel Post can be delivered to most
countries (a few require Global Express mail).
Global Priority Mail charges start at $8.50, this covers 1 to 4 DVDs
(or a t-shirt, shoulder strap etc.). There is a nominal $0.50
handling charge added to all orders.
Orders requiring insurance will be sent by Global Airmail Parcel Post.
These rates start at $14.00 plus the insurance.
We are required to fill out customs forms; these require a phone
number. A complete mailing address with postal code will help
insure timely arrival.
DVDs going overseas will be sent with plain disc labels and the case
covers will be sent in an enclosed envelop; this should help with
customs in some countries. |
